My Life committed to Hotels, Resorts and Restaurant Management

1967 Assistant Manager, Motel Puerto Pizarro, Tumbes, Peru, It all began at this well known Beach Resort in northern coast of Peru, close to the Ecuadorian border. 1968 - 1971 ENTURPERU: Trainee, Hotel de Turistas de Cuzco, Trainee, Hotel de Turistas de MachuPicchu, Manager, Hotel de Turistas de Urubamba, Manager, Hotel de Turistas de Chala, During this initial formative period, I honed my skills and gained valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of hotel management. Training on the job and Multitasking was the call every day.... 1972 - 1974 Maitre d´ Hotel Atahualpa Internacional, Guayaquil, Ecuador. My international career starts; I have established myself as a rising star in the field... 1974-1976 Food & Beverage Director, Petecuy Hotel, Cali, Colombia.
