Emilio Vargas

A Peruvian-American hotelier, with strong experience in the service, production and management fields in the hotel and restaurant industry in Latin America, US and the Caribbean. 

 

My international hospitality career has taken me to some very interesting and diverse places in top management positions; as GM and Project manager in opening projects, for city hotels and beach Resorts. I started at an early age, working my way up from a very honorable kitchen helper position.

 

From the Food & Beverage discipline, I moved to positions in the Front Desk and Marketing departments gaining additional knowledge of the hotel management and the mechanics between all departments.

 

I have managed large Caribbean beach deluxe Resorts and hotels in remote locations; small hotels in archaeological sites, romantic hideaways, boutique properties, convention and city hotels for businessmen and airport hotels.

 

My Passion for Service, combined with lots of Enthusiasm and Energy, applied with my unique hands-on management style, always been a perfect match to generate creative solutions in the problem-solving process for the daily hotel and restaurant operational challenges.
