EDUCATION

My former training in Architecture and Visual Arts has been a tremendous help for my Hospitality Career.

Particularly, during my pre-opening jobs and consulting services advising owners and architects to design hospitality facilities with a clear understanding of the mechanics during the operation - that is the time when the Quality of Design and Equipment will show...


For instance, easy access to every corner of the building - either for cleaning or maintenance - could be a real challenge if the Design was not realistic ...
